Commercial Description:
Supple, malty and mellow. Its harmonious flavour is the great strength of our dark wheat beer.

500ml bottle. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a billowy off-white head. Aroma is sweet and earthy, with notes of banana, hops, yeast, and grains. Taste is full-bodied and sweet, with a flavor of banana, brown sugar, spices, roasted malt, and grains -- long creamy finish as well. An interesting and unique brew.

500ml. Pours hazy dark brown with light brown highlights. Amazingly dense, fluffy off-white head... just like the hefeweizen from weihenstephaner. Nose is caramel apple with some dirt and grass mixed in the bunch. Body is similar, adds a bit more sweetness and a viscous mouthfeel that really rounds out this beer well. Everyone has that first quirky beer that no else liked but you, this was that beer for me whilst growing up.

Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Head is cloudy, creamy, very big, leaving some lacing, dirty white colour, body is full, hazy or almoast cloudy, mild, soft brown in colour.
Aroma: Creamy, banana, yeasts, malts, malted barley and wheat, very soft alcoholic aroma, almost non existant, a little bit toasty but very minute, rather typical aroma of wheat beer, some hints of mild chockolate.
Flavour: Very mild, the carbonation on palate is noticable, yeast, wheat, some toastyness rather than roastiness, beer is very mellow and mild, in flavour there is a trace of bisquites, some hints of chockolate, flavour is not harsh or strong.
Palate: Quite wheaty, tangy, some skunkness of malts, not much of wheat, rther poor, much worse as compar to Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier. Aftertaste is rather poor and quite nasty.

Pours cloudy brown, witha fizzy 2 inch foam head. Aroma of medium wheat malt, clean water, and yeast. Flavor is medium/light, grassy, wheat, but full bodied. Mouthfeel is a little fizzy. Really damn good beer, like a lighter dunkel which is perfect for me.

0.5 l bottle. Hazy brown amber color with fluffy beige head. Sweetish aroma with clove, vanilla, caramel, bread and hint of banana. Bready and wheaty flavor with clove, pepper, caramel, banana and tart fruits. A bit watery palate. I’m not a fan of dunkel weizens and also in this case the standard weizen from Weihenstephan is much better.
