Banana present in the aroma and flavor, along with clove. Sort of roasty. Looks more carbonated than it is. Foamy, light mouthfeel. A hint of soft bitterness in the aftertaste. Very subtle and exceptionally refreshing. Was a little better on tap. One more reason I am a fan of German wheats. jkm (189), Australia

Has a very mality smell and a good wheaty flavor. Very easy to drink. Well balanced. It took me a few minutes at the liquer store to pick out what was going to be my 100th beer and I’m glad I didn’t screw it up. I drank this out of a Weizen. Fin (3473), Merton, Oxfordshire, England

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Mar 26, 2008 ...one of the greatest beers out there. Mixes dark malty, and mellow flavors, with a creamy taste that lingers in the head, and begs you to take another gulp. Dark dryish fruit flavors complement to the complexity of this great beer, drink it. wheatfreak (41), Marinette, Wisconsin, USA
