Commercial Description:
Supple, malty and mellow. Its harmonious flavour is the great strength of our dark wheat beer.

Bottled. Hazy, dark golden. Huge white head. Yeasty chewing-gum aroma. Sweet and malty, slightly burnt. Spicy and fruity.

A very clean dunkelweiss. Fuller and smoother than Sneider Weiss Original. The right amount of carbonation and earthy banana.

The color was a hazy orange/brown. The head was creamy, foamy, off-white, and thick-bodied. The aroma was yeast, banana, and earthy. The flavor was yeasty, tart, and a little earthy. The palate was thin/medium bodied. The finish was yeasty.

Bottle poured into my Paulaner weizen glass. Hazy light brown with a thick rocky white head. The aroma features a delicate balance between the banana and clove. I get a big of a Dr. Pepper character in the nose. The flavor, I think, has some very distinct phases. You get some banana right up front. It then transitions to black cherry, and finishes very spicy and bitter. Lots of carbonation. Good.
