Dessa forma, nem ao céu, nem à Terra. Não fica azeda nem com gosto excessivo de café ou torrefação. Coloração marrom escuro, turvo. Creme pouco denso e consistente. Aroma de malte torrado e lúpulo. Carbonatação moderada. runaway (24), Seattle, Washington, USA

The bottom of the bottle had lots of dark yeast making the body cloudy. Smells sweet like a doppelbock with clove, date, fruit and bread aromas. Taste is slightly bitter, wheaty and a little malty. The body is reminiscent of a hefeweizen but feels on the light side because it smells like something heavier. Has a sort of dry finish. Quietman (160), Florida, USA

Very yeasty aroma, doughy, banana esters. The body is creamy, yet has a very fluffy texture. Flavor has lots of yeasty banana-like notes, light hint of chocolate, raisins. Solid maltiness, bready characteristics and has a nice chewy body. A very well crafted and classic Dunkelweizen. altonbrownd (1914), Amsterdam, Netherlands

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 31, 2007 Pours a very dark amber with a massive head that takes several minutes to subside. Very sticky lacing down the glass. Aroma is sweet bready yeast and some fruits. Taste follows the aroma with a certain brown sugar taste to it. Nice interplay of the sweets with the fruit. Mouthfeel is very good and beer is very drinkable. You could session this beer very easily. nearbeer (1834), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Huge creamy-sticky head that lasts. Classic clove/banana spice nose of Bavarian weizen. Flavor follows and is very thirst-quenching and drinkable. decaturstevo (1997), decatur, Tennessee, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 13, 2007 An aroma of yeast and spicy almost clovish tones. A light brown pour with a rolling white head and a full lacing. A flavor of caramelsh sweet malt and a bit of spice. A palate that is full and surprisingly complete if not for an overly aggressive carbonation this beer may have rated a tad higher. A pleasnat beer that I’m glad I tried. Thanks for the recommendation Jay.
