Commercial Description:
Supple, malty and mellow. Its harmonious flavour is the great strength of our dark wheat beer.

better than average, full body and flavor for the style. NG Black Wheat is still the best in this group, but this bear has a hearty aroma, and a mix of banana/clove & chocolate/black malt that is quite nice."

500 ML bottle in Germany. This was a very satisfying beer, I thought it would be darker but it was still superior. This is a very effervescent beer and very creamy beer, full body and excellent head. Really like this as one of my favorites. One of the best dark hefes even if its not so dark.

Light brown color. Roasty yeast aroma. Taste is malty, with some bitter lactose undertones. Has a bite in the end.

500 mL bottle. Pours a completely hazed caramel brown with a large white head. Aromas of yeasty cloves, green apple, and some caramel in the background. Flavor is bubble gum and clove with a biscuity malt profile, a touch of green apple, and a very mild caramel impression. Light finish with cloves and green apple. Pleasant, but on the lighter side.

Pours hazed brown with a bubbly off-white head that disappears. Aroma is wheat, clove and some banana. Taste is sweet with spice like nutmeg along with wheat and banana. Clean finish with a hint of roast. Medium light body, crisp carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of curly at woody’s after work. Pours a very cloudy amber brown. Nose of yeast and light banana. Flavor brings a good dark wheatiness to the mix. Well balanced and slightly sweet vanilla finish. Nicely done, and aq shitton better than the original.
