In the aroma, there is soft fruit, banana, some spice, clove, some dark fruit. Tastes of sweet banana and clove, dark fruit and a bit roasty/nutty with some yeast towards the end. Very creamy and fulfilling finish. I like this quite a bit.

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jan 2, 2010 bottle - pours dark honey color with a light tan creamy head. Bananas and cloves dominate the nose with a slight hint of vanilla wafer and apple. The flavor is banana again with caramel and just the lightest bit of bitterness in the finish to even it out. What can I say I really like this beer. NayTron (48), Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA
