Commercial Description:
Supple, malty and mellow. Its harmonious flavour is the great strength of our dark wheat beer.

A light brown unclear beer with a fantastic head. The aroma is wheaty and slightly sweet. The flavor is a nice lowkey wheat flavor. It is pretty sweet with no bitterness - just wheat in the aftertaste. A little thin. An OK dunkel hefeweissebier - but not the best I've had.

(Bottle 50 cl) Murky brownish with a huge head that simply refuses to settle. Soft, malty and aromatic with a wee touch of hops. Surprisingly low carbonation. 110102

Bottle. Cloudy amber with a fluffy white head. Nose of bananas and clove, but with more malt and wheat. Bubbly mouthfeel. Sweet flavors of banana are blended nicely with the wheat, bread, and yeast tastes.

Bottle. The aroma is wheaty and yeasty, but a little weak. Cloudy, bright red/brown colour. Big stable head. The flavour is more powerful than the aroma, quite malty and wheaty. Slight liquorice aftertaste.
