A nice dark weisse mit hefe. Just a stand-up beer. I could drink this all day. I am reminded of times in the Bavarian countryside. Maybe some dark bread some local Bavarian meat and cheese would be nice right now

Mar 22, 2003 Updated: Jul 10, 2003I like this very much and is from the superb Weihenstephaner line. It is almost as good as the Hacker Pshorre Dark Weiss. I like it for the same reason as the other as it gives you a unique rich wheat flavor. I still like regular weiss beers a touch better thoughfor the lack of aftertaste.

Jan 23, 2004 Much like the regular hefe, with a hint of chocolate. very enjoyable but given a choice of regular or dark, i would suggest the regular.
