| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 8, 2009 Bottle. Murky brownish orange body with a foamy beige head that lasts well. Aroma has notes of wheat, caramel, banana, spice and dark fruit. Flavour has a touch of sweetness and hints of malt, cinnamon, nuts and caramel. Medium bodied with reasonably high carbonation and a nice dry finish. Excellent dunkel, one of the best beers I have tried from Weihenstephaner.
