A hazy amber colored beer with a huge rocky foamed white head. It stays foor a long time. The aroma of roasted malt, sweet fruity and a little spicey. The taste of a little caramel with roasted malts, banana, a little sweet and bitter. There is almost no aftertaste.

Aug 19, 2008 Pours brown with a nice off white thick head. Low carbonation level with taste of spices. Lingering thin finish. Nice bottle that is useful for homebrewing.

Aug 13, 2008 Yummy! I love the upfront spice of this one, it just grabs you and never lets go, that is untilt he bottle is empty and even then it has a lingering presence on the palate. Lovely cereal maltiness, with banana, cloves and bubblegum, but fairly dry in the finish. Nicely done.

Aug 12, 2008 Cloudy brown colour. Fairly high carbonation. Aroma dominated by banana with some malt and raisin. Tastes of sweet malt up front with big banana and bubblegum flavours. Beautiful.

Aug 9, 2008 Unclear nougat brown with a big head. Lots of banana, caramel and bread in the aroma. The flavours are initially sweet going into a bit of spice and a salty finish. Very nice.

Aug 8, 2008 On tap. Hazy amber colour, big fluffy head. Aroma of banana, yeast, wheat, caramel. Flavours are the same, with some spice added. Nice and refreshing, quite tasty beer.
