Bottle. Citric aroma, some banana. Cloudy orange colour. Big white head, quite stable. The flavour is more or less like mineral water, but with some banana and wheat in the aftertaste. Not bad tasting, but of course too thin.

Hazy golden, nice creamy but rather quickly disappearing head. Hoppy citrus aroma, grape and some malty notes. A bit thin, yeasty and with some hops and citrus.

Bottle
Light wheat aroma, minerally papery. Cloudy yellow, off-white fluffy head. Lightbodied bready, banana, dirty yeast. Quenches thirst but doesnt fuel the imagination.

Bottled. Almost orange colour and a good head. Familiar weizen aroma of phenols and clove. Very light mouthfeel. Flavour profile is not as pronounced as the regular - is this diluted? The wheat is most prominent I suppose.

Bottled. Orange with a large and white head. The right weiss-aroma; clove, bannan and yeast. Really thin flavour with notes of weissbier.

A little disappointed by this one, I find the Weihenstephan beers to be amongst the highest quality brews in the world, and all I got from this one was water! Poured from the bottle into it’s own glass, a big 1½" fluffy white head formed atop a hazy dull-gold body. The high amount of carbonation kept the head in it’s place for the length and left rings down the glass. Subtle zesty aroma of banana, pears and light herbs, with a little bubblegum. Thin and watery in the mouth, the medium carbonation moved things along quickly and it went down with considerable ease. Light sourdough, clove and banana, and lemon rind flavours in its otherwise bland palate. Finish is short and forgettable. It actually was quite refreshing, but it came across as just a thinned out, watered down Hefe-weiss and not an original in its own right.

Bottle. Golden color with a white head. The taste is standard just weaker. Not their best hefe.
