Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Bottle thanks to lb4lb. Aroma has notes of yeast, white fruits, bread. Pale clear yellow with an average sized white frothy head that lasted and left some lace. Flavor is musty, sweet and dry. Palate is light bodied and lively. Not bad but not note worthy either.

Admittedly, wheat beers of any kind aren’t my favorite. I can appreciate what they offer, and the fact they they are extremely quenching on a hot day, but most of the time there’s not a lot to hang your tastebuds on (unless of course you get a top notch German hefe). I wouldn’t call this one top notch, but it’s still good.

The beer pours out a pale yellow color, brilliantly clear with a extra large, 4 finger thick head. Pillowy, bubbyly and foamy would be the best way to describe it. The head disipates rather quickly, and leaves behind some spotty lacing, but the clarity of the beer is nice. Aroma has lots, and lots of bubblegum, a bit dusty, crackers and a touch of banana. Flavors carried some spicyness, a bit of mashed banana and bubblegum while still having some grassy character to round it out. Finish is crisp with no lingering bitterness. Good beer to help put out the heat, or just drink while relaxing.

Sweet and mildly spicy grain aroma. Clear golden color with a medium white head, Sweet light grain beginning that gets a little sour in the end. Light palate with fine carbonation at the end.

Source: 16.9 oz bottle purchased from Green’s in Atlanta on Buford.
Appearance: Poured a clear yellow color with a two finger, bubbly white head.
Aroma: Notes of banana and clove, with bubblegum and a hint of grain.
Flavor: Bready with banana and clove, but only in slight amounts. Kind of bland, but represents the style well.
Palate: Medium/light body with solid carbonation and a watery mouthfeel.
Overall: Good for the style, but not my favorite.

Very nice brew! The aroma says hey I’m a hefe, bubblegum and yeast. The appearance says, I should be a pale lager. The flavor says hmmm, good like a hefe, but muted like a poor hefe. I acknowledge however that it is good without the classic hefe like character. Its really smooth. Good stuff!

(Bottled) Clear paleish golden with a medium, firm and white head. Aroma of wheaty banana, but also some tripel-style pale maltiness with alcohol hints. Pear-banana-fruity flavor with some clove spiciness, and faint hints of cardboard. Almost medium body with quite high carbonation. A quality weizen stripped of its natural complexity. No match for the real thing as such, but might indeed suit white fish or salads.

Bottled 50cl. It pours a clear pale golden beer with a tall white head. The nose is slightly smoky with banana, sulphur quite a lot of cinnamon and cloves appearing. I like the cinnamon characteristic. Quite unusual. A lot of banana, pear, cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel and cloves showing up in the flavor. Very drinkable. Sweet finish. Really pleasant.
