Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Bottle. Yeasty lemon and banana aroma. Clear yellow-golden body, enormous thick fluffy white head. Flavor is very crisp and refreshing, with lemon, a little banana, and light sweetness. Excellent.

I was looking at the styles I hadn’t had and noticed I was missing a Kristallweizen. Kristallweizen? What the hell is a Kristallweizen? I went to Binny’s and asked. "It’s like a Hefeweizen without the hefe." I was told. Reminded me of a different encounter I had with CaryTheDude and poor descriptions of beer. Pours a very clear golden with lively carbonation and a big, thick, white head. Flavor of spice, clove, some citrus, maybe a bit of apple. Clove and banana flavor, also some apple and spice notes. Light and bubble mouthfeel. Pretty cool. I guess it’s clearer than hefes?
