Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

500 mL bottle. Golden and active with a small, dissipating white head. The aroma is not much different than their straight weisse. The flavour, however, is milder - perhaps a side effect of tastebuds being overwhelmed by the high carbonation. Quite crisp and refreshing. A good situational beer.

Bottle. Pours a pale, crystal clear yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma is banana & cloves. Clean, thin dry palate. Flavor is wheat, light spice & light hops. Good warm weather beer.

Pours a clearish bubbly golden color with a medium sized white head. Smell is crisp malt, wheat and light hops. A bit lager like. Tastes like a pale lager brewed with wheat. Some light yeast flavor. Decent, easy drinking if not a touch overcarbonated.

Kristal Clear yellow hence the Name. Banana and mild spice nose with a high carbonation level helps provides a nice crisp clean taste. An excellent summer beer.

16.9 oz. bottle. Pours a crystal clear gold with a large white head that is fed by a steady stream of tiny carbonation bubbles. The head lasts through two-thirds of the glass and leaves some patchy lace. Pleasant aroma of wheat and orange. The flavor is wheat with some mild orange, lemon and banana. A bit of sweetness in the flavor as well. Nice crisp finish. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

Bottle: Clear, pale golden, big, persistent white head; moderate clean wheaty-citrousy nose; sweetish-sourish flavour, fizzy and light bodied; sweetish-lemony finish with a little tartness coming late. Don’t like the style very much, but I like this example.........
