Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Bottle from Sam’s Clybourn. Super pale and fizzy looking, like a light lager. Nose is a bit crisp with some banana. Taste is rich and bold, strikingly so given the appearance. Decocted malts, very sweet and fruity. Some of the hops actually came through a touch. Nice beer, interesting in contrast to the Hefe. Nice.

Appearance: Pale golden. Lots of white head, quite longlived. Aroma: Quite fruity, artificial. Some wheat. Alcohol when warmer. Taste: Fruit, wheat and alcohol. Just alright. Dry. Info: 500ml bottle, 7/6-2007, 171/500

The impression that this beer left me with was something unexpected. I initially did not like the taste of the beer...something I regarded as pungent in aroma and almost skunky in taste...however as the beer warmed, it mellowed as well. Crisp, light malt and cedar wood. Very unique and refreshing

Bottle (500ml) shared with tupalev & jerc -- courtesy of GregClow. Pours a clear pale gold with a large lasting foamy white head. Aroma of banana (but thankfully not too much), yeast, wheat and light spices. Flavour of banana, other fruit, yeast, some sweet candy, light spices and a light, short bitter finish -- quite refreshing. Average bodied. As usual with this brewery, a solid version of the style -- great stuff.

Bottle shared with Greg Clow, Hogtown Harry, Blankboy, and Jerc, courtesy of Greg. Very nice aroma - lots of wheat, some yeast, very fresh - nice. Medium yellow, small white head. Nice taste - yeasty, lots of clove, good wheat/malt base. Full flavoured, medium body, nicely carbonated. I cannot speak for this style specifically, but this was a very good beer.

Bottle: Clear yellow in color, not much head. Flavor is refreshing, light, medium carbonation. Simple but good.... Good summer time brew.

The aroma was plain, not too impressive. Pours golden yellow, typical head. Fizzes nicely in the mouth, a little spice can be detected to balance out the alcohol. Tasty.
