The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Golden pour with a thick white head. Aroma was banana and strong purple grapes. Banana, grapes, spice, wheat, earth, and lemon flavor. Finishes very clean. Sessionable as all get out.

Fine wheat aroma, with spice and banana, golden, pours a huge rocky white head. some lace. Up front wheat flavour, subtle spice, banana notes, slight mineral tone. Light bodied, balanced, refreshing. Splendid version.

500ml bottle, served chilled. Pours a clean golden body with creamy white head. Spicy aroma, quite clove like with subtle fruitiness. Moderately carbonated with a smooth, slightly creamy texture, possibly a bit subdued body from what i’d would expect. Decidedly phenolic body, pepper and cloves driving on the palate balanced by some sweet maltiness and unripe banana, some tart citrus character coming through on the finish. Particularly approachable, and drinkable weizenbier, maybe not as flavoursome as its hazier brothers however.

only two more styles to go and this is one of them. I had no idea what to expect. light golden with high carbonation to moraigne style white head. Very sweet aroma with huge cloves and banana. creamy mouth, wheat. taste exactly as it smells. peppery tongue.

Bottle of my first Kristallweizen. Pours a clear (believe it or not) yellow with a white head. Nose is wheat and grains with bananas. The flavor is sugary with lemon and wheat that come through the sweetness. Finishes crisp and dry. This could be refreshing on a hot day. Decent.

Bottle pours a clear golden color with a very dense white head. Aroma of banana, spices, and wheat. Lots of wheat in the flavor along with some banana and other fruit. Finish leaves some feeling of spice on the tongue. Lively, carbonated mouthfeel.

Pours clear light golden with huge white head. Aromas of banana, clove. Flavor is slighly sweet with hints of clove. Light body with prickly carbonation. Very refreshing and not filling. A good beer that is worth trying.
