Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

bottle: pours a very clean very light golden hay colour with a extremely white soapy head. aroma is a slight toasted grain, some wheat, slove, banana, and apple. flaovur is clean bitter to start with small amounts of clove, wheat, banana. finishes very dry and a slight acidic. very carbonated and slight aftertaste.

Apr. 2007 - Okay, I have to admit that this beer was mistreated (accidentally frozen, then thawed in warm water to too warm temperatures). Beer pours yellow, crystal clear with nice two finger head. Strong fruity aroma with wheat. Light wheat flavor, ripe fruits, bubblegum, lemon. Very sweet. Okay, but not the best offering from one of my favorite German brewers.

Bottled. I had never ad a kristallweizen until I had one of these - it was perfect. And by perfect I mean perfect. Poured a perfect gold, tasted the same, and etc. Great beer.

Aroma is spicey wheat with banana, and citrus hops. Pours with a large, white, creamy head with decent lacing. Clear light yellow body. Taste is vanilla and wheat spiceyness. Dry texture with lively carbonation and a slight bit of alcohol on the finish. Quite drinkable.

Clear yellow pour. Frothy white head. Typical wheat aroma with taste that is very carbonated and taste slightly of bananas.

16.9oz bottle-pours a foamy white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is wheat/light malt/grain, spices-clove/cinnamon/nutmeg. Taste is wheat/light malt/grain-caramel, spices-clove/cinnamon/nutmeg (although stands out front a bit too much), secondary hops bite. Good carbonation.

A clear light straw color with fizzy white head. Flavor is mostly lemony citrus with grain and floral notes. Hints of banana and hops. Nice light beer that is quite refreshing.

Very light color, with a champagne-like head. Sweet smell of candy and fruit. Taste didn’t quite connect with the aroma, I was expecting more sweetness, but it was good. Mouthfeel was like a more lovely American lager. A decent beer, but probably won’t buy it again.
