Sep 22, 2007 A fantastic German weissbeer. Pours a hazy straw color with great lacing and a fluffy white head. Tastes traditional but has some fruit notes, a very smooth finish and great aftertaste.

Sep 11, 2007 Pale gold with a nice white head. very nice aroma, taste of lemons and fruit. Yeasty foamy mouth feel. Pleasant after taste. I may go for another one.

Sep 10, 2007 Pours a clear straw color with no head after the little bit that first shows quickly dissipates. Nose is yeasty with a touch of lemon. Taste is sweet and evenly so. Even as it warms the flavor stays constant. Mouthfeel has a good carbonation to it and an even feel. Highly drinkable.

Aug 30, 2007 Absolutely clear uriney yellow. Steadfast white foam. Nose of wheat, wet carpet, garlic. A very slight metallic twang and onion sweat. Such a clean taste. Fresh cut grass, minerals, salt. Sweet bananas. Sweaty and crisp with a compost stench in the mouth. Deteriorates quickly with warmth, and momentary hints of discount vodka become more commonplace. Alternatively refreshing and entirely intolerable. Mild spice at the end. Acidic palate with a citrus soda crunch and a distant sour smack. Hard to take any impression from this. Decent, maybe.

Aug 30, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a clear golden color, with a large amount of white head. High carbonation. Aroma of some citrus and yeast. Taste is clean, with some fruity notes and light spice. Good mouthfeel. Somewhat soapy taste, especially the head. Pretty good.
