Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Bottle, Clear straw color with a huge head. Fair lacing. Aroma is wheat, bananas and pale malts. Maybe a bit of lemon. Easy drinker. Fizzy. Thin texture. Light body. Really not too bad.

This beer had light body, thin feel, creamy, very good head, frothy and rocky. Not one of the best styles out there, but good nonetheless.

Bottle. Very transparent gold color with a big head that at first sat at about four fingers... dying down now, but still a couple of fingers high above the surface. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is grassy and grainy. Maybe I’m picking up a little lemon or banana or something sort of fruity. Flavor is really odd, in that when I’m looking at the glass full of beer my subconscious is telling me pilsner or light lager, but then on the first sip I pick up a big wheat presence with all the yeast and bananas in the world. A little bit of spicing, too... coriander? At any rate, it is a well balanced beer, to say the least.

Thick white head which descents quite quickly. Aroma of wheat and a bit of some nice scotch speyside whisky! Flowery and grassy, altho quite weak when cold. Smooth yet lively carb and overall flavour. Nothing really stands out, but it’s not too yacky. Rather flowery and white wine like dryness. Quite good.

Reminds me of a filtered Hefe. Similar banana and yeast flavors and aromas but pours a clear golden color. Big white head on this one. Enjoyable for the summer months.

Nice and golden with a good head. The aroma is wheaty with notes of banana and clove - and the same goes for the flavour, that is sweetish. Normally the Kristall versions are much weaker in flavour than the normal Hefe, but in this case it’s almost as good, and it surprises me just like the alcohol free version did - great beers! 2370

My first kristall. I really like this beer. Pours a yellow honey color with a big white fluffy head. Small bubbles and carbonation. Wheaty and watery and refreshing. Nice, hints of bananas.

This beer does exactly what it wants to do very well. Delicately refreshing with a great flavour profile. Not difficult to drink at all. When you pour it, it just looks like you should drink it and it should refresh you. Great Crystal.
