Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Pretty good aroma; clove, bubbelgum, and banana. Clear and golden; large white head. First for the style; really not as good as most hefes. Dry finish. Decen to good palate. Refreshing, but maybe just not a favorite style of mine.

Lacks a strong nose. Cloves, bananas, yeast. Pretty typical wheat beer. Drinkable, as alcohol should be.

Bottle. Nose is tons of yeast and grassy wheat. Extremely clear yellow, thin white ring of head with heavy carbonation filtering towards the top. Taste is same as the nose, wheat and yeast. Exactly spot on for the style, but I don’t care much for the style. Palate is smooth and punctuated by a slight dryness in the finish.

Light yellow, bubbles come up like crazy, light fluffy head. Aroma of lemongrass and wheat. Strong wheat flavor with hints of citrus. Very tasty and refreshing.

Beautiful beer! Literally. Must be poured like I got it here at Bodega downtown La Crosse, in a tall weisse beer glass - then it looks so efervescent; almost glowing. Great offwhite foamy huge head with lots of lace. Immensely satisfying yet light and refreshing. Lovely typical esthery aroma, great fruity carbonated flavor. Body to match. Brilliant yellow gold color. I’m enjoying it with salted roasted giant Chinese soy beans. *burp*

Crystal clear gold body with a huge, pillowy white head. Aroma of banana and clovy, like a hefe. Flavor has more of the same, with a hoppy bite and lots of effervescence. Finishes sweet and tart. My first sample of an interesting style.

Pours suck a pale yellow it is almost void of any color at all. Large expanding foamy head. Aroma is light fruit, pear and apple, with notes of wheat. Foam sings like a bowl of Rice Krispies. Very light and smooth drinking, bit of an oily feel, with a bit of spice in the flavor with preludes a gentle warmth. Very nice.

500ml bottle: Yellow straw colour beer, with a huge frothy pure white head, generous carbonation visible. Wheaty nose, sweet with hints of lemon, some spicy esters also apparent. Light flavours of spice and banana esters, wheat is at the fore smooth, rolls along the tongue effoertlessly , some citric elements come into play, fast dry finish. A very drinkable beer from Germany and my first Kristallweizen..
