Aroma is light fruit, pear and apple, with notes of wheat. Foam sings like a bowl of Rice Krispies. Yellow straw colour beer, with a huge frothy pure white head, generous carbonation visible.
Wheaty nose, sweet with hints of lemon, some spicy esters also apparent.
Light flavours of spice and banana esters, wheat is at the fore smooth, rolls along the tongue effoertlessly , some citric elements come into play, fast dry finish.
