Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Light color with substantial white head. Crisp aroma of banana, wheat. Taste is of light grains, banana, spices. Body is a bit on the weak side with a thinness to it that goes beyond the lightness of a Hefe. Decent, but probably not my style.

Pours colden yellow and clear. Smell is baked bread and doughy with some light fruit scents in the background. Taste is light and crisp with a yeasty taste to it but accented with spice and bannana also a hint of bubblegum at the end. This stuff is rediculously drinkable and I took repeated swallows with no dificulty at all. Perfect for session beer and after cutting the grass on a hot summer day, could also see this being amazing as the sun is setting on a beach trip! Will buy again!

Not a bad thing. I put a lemon in it, so that cut down on the bitterness. Little bite to it, and not as warm and full bodied as I would’ve hoped.

Heavy hoppy aroma. Huge creamy white initial apperance. Good lacing. Mostly lasting. Clear body. Light yellow body hue. Moderate sweet initial flavor. Watery palate.

Very nice, very refreshing Teutonic beer. Amber and fizzy in appearance, but don’t let that put you off. With its slightly fruity, but dry aftertaste it slips down a treat: es scmeckt so so gut! Sehr gut, in fact! Vielen Danke!

500cl - Aroma of a sweet yeasty pastry, Euro hops and a touch of lemon. Pours transparent light yellow, tons of cascading bubbles, a huge fluffy head and great lacing. Flavor matches aroma, a bit milder. Palate is smooth and creamy. Pretty tasty although I perfer the fuller flavored hefe.

Really heavilly carbonated - fizzed all over the table. Very pale golden hue, very clear. Strong smell of bread filled the room when the bottle was opened. Pours with a nice big head - strong lacing. On tasting - sweet malt with a hint of bubble gum. Light with not much body, but a good flavour of freshly baked French bread. Has a metalic flavour in the after taste, that gives way to a nice maltyness. It lacks the creamy texture of the hefe, but I would have another one.

[bottle] Beautiful clear golden yellow color, with a fluffy white head. Fruity aroma of melons, banana and tangy wheat. Flavors are sweet and fruity, almost wit-like, in a way. Astringency from the wheat seems to be greatly reduced due to the filtration, which makes this brew very drinkable, in my opinion. Perfect for sessions.
