Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

0.5L bottle. Clear golden color with tall pillowy bright white head. Aroma of sharp hops, sweet lager malts and banana. Lots of flavors. Much like the aroma I get sweet malts, a hop bite, banana but also some Munich type grainy malts. A malty sweetness lingers into the aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours clear, pale yellow with a tremendous smooth white head. The aroma is a bit on the yeasty side, with some banana and zest, and a bit of hay and raw grain. Sharp tartness is the first thing to hit the mouth, then a dry gaininess, along with some zest and subdued saltines. The finish is sweet and a bit grassy, maybe a bit artificial. Decent, but not something I would normally drink

50 cl Bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Golden clear colour with a nice huge white head. Nice aroma of yeast, bread-like and little banana too. Very yeasty flavour with notes of wheat and little fruitness.

"Crystal" clear golden body with huge white head with very large bubbles rising. Bananas, a little alcohol, citrus. Clean , crisp mouthfeel, a little lemon and a nice balanced bite at the end. Great beer.

Pours a five finger white head that fades quickly to a thin layer leaving some lace. Clear amber color. Light carbonation and light-medium bodied. Lemon/yeast nose. Starts sweet lemony, with wheat and yeast flavor, finish is squeaky clean. Would be a great summer beer. $2.99 for a 500ml bottle from John’s Grocery Iowa City, Ia.
