Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

50cl bottle. Clear gold with a big fluffy head that lasts. I still don’t get the clear thing, but hey, they are one of the best wheat beer brewers out there so they can do it if they want to. Sweet, perfumey, floral aroma with ripe banana and some wet wheat and lingering spice. Seems muted compared to the original. The flavor is light sweetness from the malt and some banana, but not much else. Seems a little flat in profile overall, and the mouthfeel is a bit stripped, predictably. Lacks any hop character. I really don’t see why they even bother with this as the regular is so good, but it tastes well made, albeit adulterated.

Clear golden pour with a strong lasting head. Light aroma but what is there is banana and light clove; the standard German hefe. Taste upfront is a little bitter with a slight dryness coming immediately after. Some feeling of sweet grain and lemon juice are also apparent. Not necessarily the taste of lemon but the same feeling from the acidity. Even after it warms the taste remains mostly bitter. I fail to find the merit in this.

Bright golden yellow, large and fluffy white head. Aroma of banana and grapefruit. Medium malt, well balanced. Bitter finish. Refreshing. Lighter than the hefe version.

HELLO Carbonation! Wow, tons of it... pours out light golden color, similar to coors or bud. Aroma is that typical hefe... but here it’s mostly cloves with a little bit of banana. Flavor -- You definitely notice that the mouthfeel is a little bit lighter than the unfiltered version. Overall it’s pretty crisp with flavors of clove, some caramel and banana. Clean palate. Really liked this

Bottle. Poured pale yellow with thick white head. Little Lacing. Aroma of clove, spice and bananas. Clovey/spicy flavour, but delicate. Some wheaty and banana notes. Light finish with a little spice.

Vibrant golden straw pour with a huge head that is constantly fed by very active carbonation. Aromas of wheat, bubblegum, very faint banana, not much else. Nice, but lacking. Similar flavours of floury wheat, banana and a faint hint of white grapes. Again, enjoyable, but not particularly exciting. Moderately light body with fine carbonation.

500mL bottle. True to form, it pours a crystal-clear pale-gold with a fluffy off-white head. A crisp, wheaty aroma that features banana, bubble gum, clove, spices, and lemon. Goes down crisp and refreshing with a good bit of carbonation. The flavor starts off with some banana & Golden Delicious apples and finishes with a touch of lemon. Sweet wheatiness and a light spiciness throughout. Tasty.

Pours a clear yellow with a rocky pure white head. Aroma is somewhat light wheat, sweet malt and some yellow fruit. Flavor is definitely wheat, a lot of bannana. Light for a wheat which is right on for the style.
