The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Beautiful golden color with wonderful conditioning and good lacing. Banana, clove and white pepper note are very subtle. Lovely spritzy mouthfeel just dances on the tongue.

500ml bottle. Filtered and golden honey hued. Spotty white head. Banana and perfumy yeast nose. Light and flavorful. Clear but the nuances of the yeast are still apparent, but not as dominant as in an unfiltered weizen. Still nice banana flavor as well as the slight citrus and grainy light roasted grains. Crisp and easy.

From Bottle, poured golden with large head. OK at first it looks like budweiser(I got scared) Yeasty sweet aroma with a tiny hint of banana. Taste a stong carbonation with a dry taste. Wheat tasting but not as wheaty as I like it. It’s a filtered wheat beer and it’s not bad. I like the Brewer alot.

Looks I guess as good as a filtered wheat could look, with a nice fluffy head. Aroma seems to claim this is a real, serious weizen, at least at first pour. It is spicy and full of cloves, with a lively yeast character. It dies down as the beer sits and warms and becomes slightly sweet and corny. Taste is way too sweet and unrefined, lots of cooked vegetables, cabbage, and kind of boozy. Not really dissappointed in this as I only got it to tick off the style.

One pint 0.9 oz. bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar: Pale straw color with a humongus bright white head. Aroma is sweet and lightly hop spicy. Flavor starts sweet and wheaty with a light taste of lemon and a spicy bitter finish with a fruity aftertaste. Light bodied, crisp and clean with lively carbonation.

Pours to a nice golden yellow with good carbonation and a medium white head, which dissipates very quickly and leaves no lacing. Aroma and flavor were very strongly bread and wheat, with clove spice playing a big part in the taste as well. Unfortunately, palate was much too dry, and even slightly metallic. But a good beer.

Bottle. Thanks to WB or DB one of them hooked me up with this at the Madness and I finally remembered to drink it. Aroma, banana, apple and wheat. Poured a golden yellow with a fizzy head. Flavor was good, lively wheaty banana apple mixture and a tad of yeastiness. Palate was quite lively and light. Overall I liked it, so much so it would be a good beer to keep around.
