| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Sep 7, 2006 500ml. Pours bright gold with sparkling carb, and a big frothy bright-white head. Sweet and sour nose--grassy, and apple-tart/acidic. Nice mild grass and spice palate leavened with a bit of cleansing tart. Great, clean, drinkable stuff. Seems quite subdued compared to what we think of in wheat beers out here, but I suppose that’s just that Continental refinement showing. HogTownHarry (4025), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 4, 2006 Bottle (500ml). Very pale yellow, champagne-bubbly, huge foamy lasting white head - it’s a summer day and that looks like fun to drink right now. Smells a lot like a mild belgian wit - banana, candy malt, yeast and soft mild spices in plentiful supply. Wonderful light fruity taste, spicy, much softer and milder than a wit - incredible summer session drink. Light of body, soft, sweet mouthfeel, very light carbonation, light on the palate and quick finishing - very, very pleasant. TheEpeeist (1478), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 2, 2006 16.9 oz bottle. Clear pale yellow with a big, white foamy head. Green tints. Sweet wheat, lemon pepper and pumpkin pie. Classic. Predominantly banana with sourdough bread. Tight, tangy carb provides a nice zip and lightens the medium body. Good, but I prefer the regular. marchcow (664), Coralville, Iowa, USA
