Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

From bottle, LA Beerfest. Pour is perfectly gold, with light elegant carbonation. Aroma is faintly banana, wheat, and mild herbal hops. Flavor is much the same, a light, banana-y, thin Hefeweizen. It’s like if you take Weihen’s original Hefe, through it through a filter to extract much of the body and flavor from the beer. The result is simple, much less flavorful, and ultimately quite boring.

( 500ml bottle) pours very clear golden, nice lasting white head, effervescent bubbles emanating from the bottom of my glass. Nose of cereal grains, banana and spices. Taste of ripe bananas, wheat, and spices with a dry finish. Very carbonated, nice body but slightly off flavor in the finish here. Very drinkable clear wheat beer.

Poured clear and gold with bubbles streaming towards an almost creamy white head. Spotty lacing. The aroma is cereal, wheat, light spice and a touch of citrus. The flavor is spicy wheat and some citrus. Clean and easy drinking Really pretty damn good.

Bottle from Winooski. Pours clear pale amber with a big white creamy and foamy head. Nose is very citrusy with notes of wheat. Taste is mainly wheat with some citrusy notes. Quite fruity on the finish. Strong wheat presence. i think his may be the best wheat beer I’ve had. Quite refreshing and fresh. Finish is a bit dry compared to others wheat beer. Nice beer, I liked it a lot !

Bottle from coldbrewky. Pours crystal clear, reminds me of a pilsner. Super bubbly. Light and crisp, tastes of bananas and coriander. Nice! Thanks Steve!

Bottle - Pale yellow with a large dense head. Great big spicy yeasty aroma dominated by cloves. Nice smooth mouth feel, more spicy cloves with a hint of malt. Dry lingering finish.

Bottle pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Aroma shows notes of lemongrass, bubblegum, and a trace amount of banana. Flavor is filled with wheat bread, citrus and a little bit of soap. Overall body is light, crisp and finishes on a slightly sour note. Slightly more simplistic hefe.

good clean beer. the aromas are nice and subtle, mainly resin . Looks great in the glass, very clear golden color. Taste is quite refreshing, slighlty light but with enough flavor to taste. lots of light bread, some spice.
