Commercial Description:
A good beer takes time. The long lager time makes our pale beer a matter of mild, flavourful beer enjoyment. Brewed in accordance with a centuries-old beer tradition on Weihenstephan Hill.

I had higher hopes for this one, considering I rather enjoy their Hefe. It was good, but not outstanding. Better than any American macro lager, of course.

95% foam.Pale yellow, see through, not cloudy. Head disspipates quick enough. Smells liek cheap grain, corn, bahia grass. Tastes like american garbage malt. Not much carbonation. or any other redeeming quality. I think i might pour most of it out. What a waste. I’m tired of this kind of shit beer. It sucks, so I tried to chug it. Quite a bit of bite. The rest went down the kitchen sink where only a few beers have gone. I can’t tolerate crap beer anymore. I’m guessing this shit is heavily marketed in Germany and enjoyed my mexicans in Germany everywhere.

500 ml bottle in pint glass. Very pale clear yellow with lasting ring and some lace. Honey lemon aroma. Strong honey sweetness, mild orange marmalade, medium bitter clean dry finish. Medium-light body and medium carbo. Refreshing and well made.

goldish color with very little head and retention. smells like wet dough/yeast. very clean & good balance. finish is long and semi dry, but clean. very good for what it is. under-rated imho
