Commercial Description:
A good beer takes time. The long lager time makes our pale beer a matter of mild, flavourful beer enjoyment. Brewed in accordance with a centuries-old beer tradition on Weihenstephan Hill.

Pale golden color with minimal white head. Lots of bitter flavors with some citrus in there. Slightly citrusy and floral nose. It’s a lager so don’t expect the world. As far as lager’s go though this one is top notch even if it is a thin, light bodied beer.

Hum. Definely golden in color. Lots of head, with a bit of effervescence. Aromas are, um, papery, weird. Some lemon and banana, too, as well as the requisite spiciness. Grain and water definitely dominate the flavor and palate of this beer. Very mild. Kudos for preserving the traditions of historical beermaking, but the Hefe is clearly the winner in the Weihenstephaner line.

Simple and satisfying. A great "lawnmower beer" of transitional beer for your friends that like Natural Light. Golden color, excellent head and lacing. No real aroma, could be more bitter.

Bottle. Footed lager. Ultra light gold pour is accented by a heavy bouquet of noble hops and doughy malt. The flavor is that of sweet bread, dough with a grassy/grain presence and a bitter dry finish. Thin mouth feel, but overall decent.

Pale golden color with a fully lasting white head. Sweet malt aroma with a sort of cereal flavor. Malty flavor with a little hop in there. Smooth with a dry finish. It’s a simple beer.

Very pale yellow pour with almost no head. Slightly bitter aftertaste and hop flavor. Light flavor, low carbonation. Pretty good, but a little watered down.
