Standard pilsner with a slightly higher complexity of flavors. Interesting, but nothing more.

(1+ pt btl) Rocky white head fully diminishes leaving small clumps of foam floating atop a crystal clear pale straw pour. Sweet, bready aroma w/ delicate flowery hops. Little watery up front, but crisp grain sweetness is refreshing. While thirst quenching, there is just not a whole lot going on.

Bottle into stein. Pours clear yellow gold, thin white creamy head, tons of effervescence. Nose is a bit grassy, some mildly sweet light malt. Taste is sweet, light cereal flavor with a very restrained soft grassy note at the end. Finish is very clean, light malt, not much else. Light bodied, with a dry, light but active carbonation.
