| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 5, 2008 On tap. Pours a deep golden color with a very nice fluffy white head. The aroma is pretty mild, but there are some nice bitter/floral hop notes in there. The flavor is classic German pils - a very clean, very smooth floral hop presides over a solid malt backbone before fading off into a very dry, very refreshing finish. The mouthfeel is creamy yet light, supporting the flavor very nicely. Great pilsener. Quinten (959), zaandam, Netherlands
