Aug 5, 2007 (Draught at Weihenstephan Bräu-Stüberl) Tried as "Edel-pils Unfiltriert". Shady yellow color, fluffy white head. Herbal hoppy scent, also herbal hoppy taste as well as rather sweet. Herbal and bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel and bitterness.

Aug 1, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear very pale yellow color with a longlasting white head. Malty and bready aroma with some hints of hops. Sweetish malty and bready flavor. Has a smooth mouthfeel, with a long bitter aftertaste.

Jul 29, 2007 Tap @ Jan Primus. Grassy, skunky aroma. Pale, yellow coloured with not much head. Taste is sweetis, quite empty with grassy, crappy hops. This stuff is no good.

Jun 14, 2007 Berlin Trip beer No.8 On draft at Weihenstephan Cafe, Berlin. Very blond, fluffy white head. No Aroma. Sharp citrus hops in the flavour with a wood finish which mellows away. A fairly light bodied ok pils.

Jun 11, 2007 Light straw with an OK head. The aroma is hoppy in a promising way. The flavour has notes of malt, caramel and hops in a nice harmony, and the bitterness is nice. I would have been disappointed it this wasn’t nice because of this brewery’s nice weiss biers - but I liked this one!

Jun 2, 2007 Bottle. Very hazy pale yellow with a thin film head. Aroma is grainy, and a grapefruit edge to it. Flavour is not that sweet. Neither is it bitter, but has a dry sourness to it. It is quite full, but not overly interesting.
