Bottled. Sampled at Monks Café, Stockholm. Ruby colour. Dusty malt nose with toffee hints. Good malty and balancedly so. No deeper sensations, just plain and solid dunkel. A bit on the light side.

Muito boa cerveja da Stephani. Coloração vinho escuro; espuma densa e presente, coloração ambar. Cheiro gostoso, frutado e adocicado. Ceveja encorpada. Grãos torrados no sabor na medida certa. Levemente adocicada (caramelo) Retrogosto amargo. Melhor que a de trigo. Cerveja de baixa fermentação. Refrescante.

Red brown beer, small head. Caramelish, malty, toasted aroma. Toffee, vanilla, bit yeasty, some fruit and sweetish/bitterish taste. Finishes bitterish and a little roasted. Nice session starter.

Beautiful brillant, dark ruby-amber; under creamy, brownish-amber head. Some caramel & quite a bit of chocolate in the nose. Ending on an aroma of garden herbs - and mineral water. Some sweet & dark malts, some bitterness, bit earthy, and a flavour of caramel. Certainly not overly sweet, but the MF is a bit too light & watery to be really pleasing. There is a sourishness too, bit fruity (as unripe raspberries), that I do like. Body is light - very much so. By no means a bad beer. But a little bit of mouthfeel, body, beef to the bones, might have been advisable.

Bottle at the Hitchin Beer Festival. A dark caramel brown, with a decent head. Lots of malt and toffee in the nose. The flavour has loads of malt sweetness - tasted like liquid Shreddies breakfast cereal. Suprisingly light bodied and easy to drink, but doesn’t really offer very much.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear dark brown, small head. Nutty nose. Sweetish and fairly light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Lightly roasty with some soap and butterscotch. Low bitterness.
