The aroma is slightly sweet and malty with notes of roasted malt. The color is a deep red and it has a very beutiful off-white head. The flavor is very sweet and malty with a good palate - et ends on a slight bitterness, that lingers. A good Dunkel.

(Bottle 50 cl) Dark brown beer with an orange-red tone and a small, discreet head. Very pronounced roasted and almost caramel character which is well balanced by a good, dry bitterness. Very nice Dunkel. 260504

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a distinct redish glare and a lacing off-white head. Roasted malt and fruity aroma. Flavour is roasted and with a light mouldy touch towards a distinct fruity note. Sweet caramel malt base with a nice roasted note on top. Goes into a roasted acidic and mild bitter finish.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear dark brown, small head. Nutty nose. Sweetish and fairly light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Lightly roasty with some soap and butterscotch. Low bitterness.

Bottled. Dark amber with minor white head. Strong roasted malt with hints of syrup and caramel in aroma. Roasted malt and fruitish taste. Wellbalanced beer, but I’d like to se a bit more carbonation.
