Aroma is ruity, with something like peaches, sweet, but full taste, bitter of the hops. It’s like me like a tripel one, fruity. hoppy dry. Alcohol is not dominating luckily.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 28, 2009 Bottle from Wine and Cheese Place in Clayton. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a big rocky white head that leaves some lacing behind. Aroma of banana, clove, wheat, yeast, floral notes, and coriander- not unlike a traditional German hefewezen on the nose. Banana also leads the flavor, with wheat and yeast, as well as spices and herbal notes. Medium bodied, with active carbonation. Wheaty mouthfeel. Nice balance, good beer. mastabass666 (94), California, USA

Taste-much like the aroma with pears being the most forward then cloves and sugar. Sweet, short and fruity finish. Really great. grikmok (93), Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA

The taste was yeasty at first and ended with malty aftertaste. I enjoyed it very much. dnstone (273), Mons, Belgium
