nice hefe, as the others from weihenstephan. this one has a more pronounced hoppyness, yummy. dark weizzen with a fizzy palate and a thin mf. aromas of vanilla, citrus, and banana. taste: cloves, banana, spicy, bitterish and a bit sweet. finish: bitterish, sourish(citric acidity). xanthohumol is good for your health, they say. isn’t it an ingredient in every beer? cheers!

Quite liked this beer, it wasn’t outstanding but certainly easy to drink considering I sometimes struggle to drink wheat beers. Presentation of the bottle was good and that folllowed through to the glass with a muddy dull orange coloured body and a overflowing frothy white head on the top. Aroma was of cloves first and then some soft banana. Taste is not strong which makes it very easy to drink, smooth mouthfeel with a medium body, cloves are still there, a little citrus and some bubblegum. Cheers!

Bottled. Spicy cloves aroma with some banana. Yeasty, spicy, slightly citric, fruity taste. Nice flawlessly brewed weizen, but nothing extraordinary or outstanding.

(on bottle) New(?)weissbier...Banana and water; end of story. Maybe, just maybe just a little smoke in the finish.

Yeasty and fruity aroma. Deep amber oclor with a thick white head. The taste is fruity with the traditional wheaty and light banana flavours. Has a rather unpleasant yeasty palate.

Amber colour with good solid head. Aroma is sweet and malty with hints of banana and caramel. Flavor is sweet and malty with a typical wheatbeer sweetness. Palate is dry.

Orange brown color, almost clear. Chalky and flowery aroma. Vinous, somewhat milky, herbal and hoppy flavor. Some banana, but the fruit is not too apparent. Good weizenbier.

Pours a foamy white head on a muddy yellow body. Strong banana notes in the aroma with yeasty tones. Flavor is mild yeasty and wheaty with a somewhat harsh end. Notes of spices. An ordinary hefeweizen.
