33cl bottle poured into a lager glass. Cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is very biscuity. Flavor is also very biscuity with some fruity undertones. Not a bad beer, a bit odd though.

Bottle: Thanks ggaughan for the new country! Pours a hazy orange copper with an off white film. Odd funky aroma- some manure, damp carpet, rotted fruits, vanilla and sour dough bread malt notes. Thin bodied and a tad fizzy in texture. Some rye character in the flavor that meshes with old rotted fruit. Some fig and prune skin- doughy malt notes mesh with the fruitiness- vague, grainy and lacking texture.

Hazy darker amber colooured beer with some yeast parts some very light carbonation and a small off-white head. Malty caramel sweet light yeasty and herby aroma (buckwheat?). Medium to full palate. Finish is light bitter, with some sweet herby touches, again the buckwheat comming upfront. Rather short ending, easy drinkable one.

A golden ale with a thin off white head. A nice aroma of cherries and light lactic points, vinegar, rather pleasant. In mouth, a nice sourness, refreshing, with sour cherries. A good flemish sour, if this is what its supposed to be. Tasted at Mondiale 2007.

3/18/08 2am, just after Saint Patrick’s Day, and I’m pretty f*d up. Thick, dull orange like the sun just before it sets. A lot of sediment is apparent. Smells like an earthy (dirty) citrus, and on the front those scents come out, but are quickly overwhelmed by thick effervescence that reminds me of BBQ. The finish is like an orange cough drop.

Orange og uklar - Duft og smag af sur mælk. Forhåbentlig er den bare dårlig - Jeg måtte hælde den ud.
