The aroma has notes of malt and toffee. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and some flowery hops, leading to a flat lightly bitter finish.

Hoppy finish. JohanMB (7), , Norway does not count | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Jul 14, 2009 This is the first bitter I’ve tried. Pours a regular-sized white head that dissipates into clumps of surface bubbles within the course of a few minutes. The colour is not suprisingly reddish and tempting.
Straight fruity malt taste with a little bitterness, but not much more. Lingering aftertaste of cold tea. A fair drink, but not very rewarding or exciting. Simply put: A predictable macrobrew with no suprises, good nor bad. bobinlondon (838), Harrow, Greater London, England

Reasonable body and fruity flavour balance. Having tried this in a few places I find it pretty inconsistant and rather tedious. The nitrokeg version is betterIMO.
