Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
Name changed to Bitter in 2005; then changed back to IPA in 2006.
Described by Alastair Gilmour: “The aroma is of freshly sliced ripe apples. Its amber hue is emphasised by a tight rich head which set it up as an Ale with real credentials”.
Described by Roger Protz: “A complex finish of bitter hops, nuts and citrus fruits.”

Cask at the Carousel Lounge, Hythe, Kent. A rather unpleasant brew; gold with an thin off-white head; unusual herbal aromatic aroma; thin bodied with a mdeicinal vegetable flavour; little noticable finish. Perhaps just a bad pint.
