Dark red body, nice. Grainy, sweet, heavy malty nose, notes of dogfood, not bad, didn’t particularly enchant me though. Grainy taste, roasty maltiness that’s roasty in a way, so dry it’s bordering dogfood again, which isn’t all that much pleasant in my opinion. No hop, but that’s ok for the style I guess. Sorry, expected more and better, much better. JonMoore (1561), Loughborough, Leicestershire, England

Aroma of caramel, brown sugar and bread. Taste of caramel, fruit and mild sweet malts. Alcoholic taste from the word go that proceeds throughout and leaves a mild burn on the back end. Dry, astringent and watery, not a big fan of this one. DSG (1513), Tel Aviv, Israel
