Bottled: Aroma is light sourly, fruity and notes of roasted malt. Foamy, brownish head. Pitchblack color. Flavor is roasty with hints of sweetness and fruitiness. Dark chocolate and some coffee. Finish is very roasty with coffee notes. Dry bitter finish with a very special finish. Hard to describe, some saltyness, bitter hops and mybe conches?

Bottle at the RBESG09 Grand tasting, sheffield. Alround rating: Burnt malt, dry roastyness, some grassy hop coming through, im guessing theres no real oyster in here as i cant find any saltyness at all.
