Commercial Description:
A pomace fermentation of Tremlett’s Bitter and Golden Delicious is the base of this cider. To it, Reine de Pomme, Dabinett, Catamount and Baldwin were added and fermented with wild yeast, yielding a cider akin to the French cidre fermier.

750 ml bottle, no date but a rather old cork. Little fizz when opened; extremely pale clear yellow with lots of small bubbles stationary in the body. Light very sweet nose with just a hint of funk. Fairly light but quite fresh flavor, sweet but not overly so, hint of sourness and tanginess at the end, which gets progressively more watery as it warms. Okay middle-of-the-road cider, certainly better than the Woodchucks of the world but doesn't really feel like a true farmhouse creation either.

Has a yellow/lvery light orange color with little carbonation and a sweet apple smell. Taste is of sweet apples and finishes very smooth with full flavor. Overall the best from West County.
