Chocolat and dark fruit in the aroma with a touch of alcohol. Dark fruit tastes carry into the body, finishes hoppily bitter. Nice warming alcohol. Overall this is a very nice beer, perhaps I expected more? Regardless, top notch. Furseth (1333), Kungälv, Sweden

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 11, 2009 Smells of wet dog, cherries and new tires. Creamy dark brown with a head that is thin in the middle of the glass, but rises strong on the sides, concave in the glass. Bright red fruits, heavy weighted malt and yeast, clean throughout, though not all that married together. Lots of cola nut, some raspberry. There is no hype to live up to, but still doesn’t hold up to the expectations. Wim (1321), Turnhout, Belgium
