A beautiful dark brown beer, with a nice white head. Very good balanced flavour, sweet and fruity with a mild bitter finish. A heavenly brew. (Bottle 33cl)

Bottle. Poured a deep and rich caramel with a foamy head. Bartender gave me a bad pour but I got over it. Malty and yeasty nose. This is really well carbonated. Some mice malts a touch of sweetness and a solid dry finiish.

Sweet, slightly roasty aroma. Moderately sweet and malty, very solid dubbel. Brown with nice, lively tan head.

Red-brown color with frothy beige head. Attractive intense aroma of malt, fruit and signs of chocolate. Medium body, not elevated alcoholic gradation. In mouth it is delicious, it slightly begins sweet, to end with a mixture of sweet, dry and a point of bitterish. Excellent.

Ours deep brown with a tall foamy head. Aroma is strong and yeasty with notes of dark fruit and bread. Interesting flavour, Sharp and sour with a very bready finish. A very interesting brew. No mid palate and a week in the finish. Good beer, but not very impressive as trappist goes.

Bottle. Deep brown pour with red highlights. Caramel, toffee, fruit, and sugar on the nose. Fruit, toffee, and chocolate in the flavor, but something about the flavor isn’t resonating with me.

Bottle. A deep red/brown pour with decent off white head. Aroma of dark fruit and sweet malts. Tastes fruity, spice, slightly sweet. This trappist beer is fine but give me Westmalle Triple any day.

33 cl bottle, Mulmur, ON, Canada. Hazy ruby amber colour, floral rasin spiked aroma. Very carbonated, bread and alcohol come through. Sweet wtih a dry finish.
