Bottle. Dark brown colour with a medium nice mostly diminishing off-white head. Fruity and sweet aroma with spices and dark fruits. Flavor is well balanced, sweet dark malts, spices, good fruitiness, raisins and prunes with a slight touch of chocolate. Mouthwatering tasty brew.

Dark reddish brown, and a little cloudy. The head is big and creamy. It has a nice fruity banana and caramel aroma. But I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that it has a hint of lavender too. Flavor is full-on banana and spice, but the dark malts give it a wonderful caramel base flavor. A hint of bubblegum in the aftertaste. Smooth and slightly bubbly finish. Yum.

Champagne bottle from corner market here in beer heaven Seattle. One year in bottle. Pours clear ochre with foamy tan head. Aroma of apricots, sugar, figs, cloves. Flavor of burnt sugars, orange peel, ripe bananas, hints of caramel and toffee. Lingering finish of earthy ripe fruit skins. Slightly oxidized. Luxurious foam clings until the end. Mightily satisfying.

Bottle. 11.2 FL OZ. A very dark red color with large tan head that quickly disappears. Sweet aroma of malt, prunes, and cherry. Full bodied with a dry texture and a bit of a metallic finish. Initial flavor is sweet with a moderately bitter finish. Excellent.
