Courtesy of Fonefan. Slightly hazy and light golden with a nice head. The aroma is hoppy with notes of fruit, yeast, spice and malt. The flavour is refreshing and hoppy with notes of citrus, spice, mostly coriander and malt. It’s light, but very charming and refreshing.

Unclear yellow of color with a white head. An aroma with citrus, spice, pineapples and sweet hints. A flavor with hops, spice and a dry finish.

Received 330ml bottle via trade with Papsoe. Pours a semi-hazy golden brew with a thick white head that has some excellent retention and spotty lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, some light golden grain malt, white pepper, a touch of lemon zest, some tropical fruit and tobacco. Taste is slightly dry, with yeast, a touch of banana and tropical fruit with golden multi-grain malt. Finish is slightly dry, some bitterness with aftertastes of peach, lemon and Belgian yeast.

[Bottle, wow, another rare beer shared by Skyview!] Pours hazy golden with a good white head. Aroma is best described as dandelion, yeast, a little fruitiness and a good deal of malt. The taste is quite bitter and a little sour up front with the yeast also presnt. Medium mouthfeel. Pretty long finish that is largely bitter but also has hints of malt still detectable. I certainly wasn’t crazy about this beer, but it also wasn’t bad by any means.

(bottle, thanks Skyview!) Pours out gold with a large white head that lasts throughout drinking. Very funky and yeasty aroma with a bit of grassy hops as well. Taste is strong with yeast and sourness (lemon) with a lingering bitterness on the finish. This beer was similar to Orval, but I thought it was far better.

Poured from a 330 ml bottle. Hue of golden kiwi; heavily hazed with lively white foam. Peppery, cheesy, funky first impression of the nose, overlaying a declicate mingling of earthy spices with fresh grapefruit, banana, and tropical fruit. Vibrant and eccentric; full of surprises. Flavor is dry, strawlike, with lively spices, apricot, and pear; very tart mid palate with dry ginger and farmhouse touches. Restrained sweaty brettiness. Taut, medium bodied palate; finish is dry with chewy dehydrated citrus and grasses. Very nice, refreshing brunch style beer. Thanks, Bob!

Another rare gem from Skyview. Cloudy yellow color with a large head. Grassy and yeasty aroma, along with a bit of the barnyard character of a saison. More grass in the flavor and oddly enough, tobacco. Barny finish.
