Bottle. Pours a mostly clear very pale golden with a nice fluffy sticky white head and great lace. Aroma is just full of bready and doughy pilsner malts- incredibly fresh with a zesty floral hop character. Lightly grassy hop flavor with tons of crisp to the bone pale pilsner malts-fresh baked french bread, and light lemony zest in the middle and end. Finishes lively on the tongue with tons more malt and fresh hops. Incredible.

From bottle 33 cl. Today @ Alvinne’s tasteroom and beershop. Wonderfulf stuff. Hazy gold-yellow color, with good white head. Aroma fruits, fresh and hops. Medium body. Taste fruits, hops, good bitterness. Bit dry mouthfeel, for me my favourite Westmalle beer. Even good as Westvleteren blond.

A very nice beer made only for the monks. I could also taste it from 6 years old.Not a beer to keep but still worth drinking.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a cloudy blond coloured brew with a huge white head. Very fresh, citrus, mango, ananas and lemongrass nose. Taste first grassy like japanese green tea, light body and texture, dry hoppy but seductive finish. Belgian yeast taste, amazing spring water, an impressive composition. A masterpiece.

Thanks to Dan & Joelle (DewBrewer) for sharing this treasure. 33cl. Bottle. Pours a hazy pale. The nose is flowery and kind of pine-like with some bread dough. The flavor has pine, citrus, earth with flowers in the mix as well. Very effervescent and slightly acidic in the finish and just enough bitterness to round it all out. Great beer.

2nd LCRBM. Very fresh sample. Fresh citrus in the aroma. Citrus flavor, especially grapefruit. Some light grassy hops. Very well made light beer, one of the great beers of this meeting.

Bottle. Really beautiful stuff. Hazy pale gold/yellow. Aroma is fresh and hoppy, slightly flowery. First taste is citrus and earthy hop characters. Dusty dry mouthfeel, with some light acidity and bitternes, i could drink this all day, my favourite Westmalle beer.
