Bottle shared at a tasting. Thanks!
Pours a bright orange colory with bubbly head. Smell is yeasty, gummy, and band-aid like. Taste is gummy bananas, belgian yeast, and is fairly spiced. Really just a lot of spice and didn’t do a lot for me.

Bottle. The beer pours a beautiful hazy yellow colour with a thick head! Standard tripel aroma, fruity and yeasty. The flavor is not as complex as one would think. It’s a dry beer with fruit and honey. Lots of alcohol in the aftertaste.

750 shared w/ my brother. Pours a slightly hazy nectarine color with a thick foamy 2 finger head. Aroma of some yeasty apple with citrus, coriander, and caramel. The flavor is surprisingly dry. A sort of papery hop character. Lemongrass, extreme fruity esters, A slight clove character to the flavor that almost makes way to a hint of anise. Very bready. As medium body, though still light enough to be refreshing.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color, lots of sediment at the bottom, big whipped egg white foamy head. Mmm, Belgian beer. Flavor is bread, bananas, raisins, yeast, hints of spice and pepper. Smooth, smooth, smooth. Medium bodied, lingering mild alcohol warmth on the back of the throat. Dry finish. Really can’t go wrong with this stuff. Yum.

750 ml bottle. Aroma is spicy, hints of banana, and yeasty. Pours gold with lively carbonation, small head. Flavor is similiar and sweet. Strong notes of pepper. Alcohol gets stronger with each sip. Medium mouthfeel, long finish. Decent.

Bottle. Hazy golden/orange color with a nice white head. Aroma is spicey, lightly yeasty with notes of orange, mandarine and green apples - there’s also some hops there. Flavour is fruity and acidic with spices, orange, apples, mandarine, banana and some light hops. Nicely dry and a bit warming with a bitter finish. Filling on the palate, mediumbodied, high carbonation. Overall a quite nice tripel, but I can’t say it’s a favourite of mine, it’s a bit boozy.

Gorgeous deep amber colour. Slightly bitter start with honey, caramel and spiced notes. Sweet and bitter alcoholic finish. Improves with time and after a few sips.
