light colouring for a Tripel. Aroma of sweet yet spicy banana. Pallet almost Caramel with a clean crisp finish. I must confess. This is not my favourite Tripel but would still happily drink this anyday of the week and twice on the weekend.

Aroma of banna nut bread like yeast and candied sugars. Huge white lacing head sits atop a dark orange or apple cider like body. Just the right amount of hops to keep the taste away from oversweet or overdry. Well concealed ABV. Very good indeed.

The aroma contained yeast and undertermined flavors. The appearance was amber, cloudy with a frothy head. Full body with medium bitterness.

Wonderfully thick and chunky head. Mildly spicy and slightly grassy aroma. Very solid mouthfeel . Malty, light caramel, slight clove with a rasin and spice finish. A

Cloudy light-orange color. Appearance reminds me of a hefeweizen. Smells of yeast and spice. At first sip: heavy corriander and spices. Lemon, too... maybe. Effervescent. So dry it resembles a champagne.

The head is huge, I had to pour in segments because the head is so over the top. White pillowy head sits nicely over a golden yellow beer with a lot of yeast sediment floating about. Lacing is also nice. Smell is spicy, hops, coriander, bananas, cinnamon and maybe a little alcohol. Taste is a little more boozy than I was expecting from the head, somewhat astringent, and then the spices hit you. The dubbel is better, not that this is bad by any stretch.
