Bottle from Regionals, which has been sitting in my cellar for a while.
Pours hazy orange/golden, a bit of sediment and a filmy lingering white head.
A massively herbacious nose, with the characteristic coriander. Big fruit, orange peel, cloves, quite sweet overall. The perfect Tripel aroma.
Flavour is just a huge as aroma. Mouthfilling and perfectly balanced. Corriander and candy sugar dominate the palate. Some clove spice and a strong bitterness balance the flavour perfectly. The finish is mildly dry, with a fair amount of candi sugar sweetness.
This is my favourite beer, and every bottle I have reaffirms why.

Pours with a very large thick fluffy white head that persists. Color is hazy bright yellow/amber. Nose is sweat and bready. Flavor is fruity and distinctly like white wine with malty undertones. Finish is malty, like malted milk.

Bottle. The beer smells nice like bread and wine, a little bit later the malt shines through. The head is big, white and creamy, it stays long. The body is dark yellow. It started light sour like wine, later on it gets mire bitter. You don’t feel the alcohol in it. The body is medium, creamy and oily whit a soft carbonation. Really a great beer!

Bottle: Pours yellow, slightly hazy, little crudniks drifting around. Thick pale tan yellow head. Nice lacing. Aromas of hops, yeast, "beer". Interesting sweet-sour taste up front, with just the right amount of bitter at the end. Rich n’ chewy, but not heavy either. Good stuff, real good.
